摘要

介绍刘敏教授运用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗甲状腺功能减退症相关性脱发的临床经验。认为其病机为阳虚失摄、阴阳失调，方予桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤以潜阳固脱、调和阴阳，可通过调节自身免疫、改善血管内皮功能，进而改善脱发症状。并举验案2则。

Abstract

This article introduces Professor Liu Min’s clinical experience of using Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction to treat hypothyroidism-related alopecia. It is considered that the pathogenesis of hypothyroidism-related alopecia is yang deficiency and insecurity, imbalance between yin and yang, which can be treated with Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction. With the function of subduing yang to prevent prostration as well as regulating and harmonizing yin and yang, Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction can improve the symptoms of hair loss by regulating autoimmunity and improving vascular endothelial function. And two proven cases are presented.
