摘要

葛根可解肌退热、生津透疹、升阳止泻，一般用于治疗邪气有外泄之机的外感病及清阳不升所致的泄泻。通过对《伤寒杂病论》中相应条文的分析，以病机作为入手点辨析葛根在方剂中的配伍意义，认为张仲景在经方中应用葛根的主要目的为升津液。

Abstract

Gegen (Puerariae lobatae radix) can dispel pathogenic factors from muscles to relieve fever, promote fluid production to let out skin eruption, and rise clear yang to stop diarrhea. It is generally used to treat exogenous diseases which have the tendency of letting out skin eruption and diarrhea caused by the failure of clear yang to ascend. Based on the analysis of the corresponding clauses in ,Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases, this paper analyzes the compatibility significance of Gegen in prescriptions taking pathogenesis as the starting point. It is considered that the main purpose of Zhang Zhongjing’s application of Gegen in the classical prescriptions is to elevate fluid.
