摘要

介绍运用黄煌教授经方体质学说，依据患儿不同的体质特征，选用桂枝加厚朴杏子汤、神秘汤、五虎二陈汤、小柴朴汤等经方治疗小儿咳嗽的经验。分别解析4首处方的体质要点，并附佐证医案。

Abstract

This paper introduces the experience of using Professor Huang Huang’s classical prescription and constitution theory to treat infantile cough. According to the characteristics of different constitution of children, the classical prescriptions such as Guizhi plus Houpu Xingzi Decoction, Shenmi Decoction, Wuhu Erchen Decoction and Xiao Chaipu Decoction were used to treat the disease. And in this paper, the main constitutional points for using the four kinds of classical prescriptions are analyzed respectively and demonstrated with proven cases.
