Mechanism of Astragali Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma herbal pair for diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on network pharmacology
Objective,2,To systematically survey the key target and mechanism of Huangqi (Astragali Radix) -Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (QX) in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).,Methods,2,The main active components and targets of QX were researched through Traditional Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Datebase (TCMSP) ; And the relevant disease targets of DPN were researched through GeneCards Database. The common targets of QX for DPN were gotten by Venn diagrams drawn through R language. The traditional Chinese medicine-ingredient-disease-target regulation network was constructed by Cytoscape 3.7.1, and a PPI network established through String data platform. Finally, the Bioconductor platform and R language were used for GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis.,Results,2,Totally 19 active components of QX including quercetin, kaempferol, folacin and sitosterol played an important role in the treatment of DPN; 69 key targets such as PTGS2 and NOS2 played a therapeutic role; 93 items such as cytokine activity and cytokine receptor binding influenced biological process in the treatment of DPN; 143 pathways including AGE-RAGE signaling pathway and IL-17 pathway played a key point in the treatment of DPN.,Conclusion,2,The therapeutic effect of QX on DPN reflects the characteristics of multi-components, multi-targets and multi-pathways of traditional Chinese medicine, suggesting that its mechanism may be realized through multi-components, multi-targets and multi-pathways, which provides ideas and basis for further exploring the treatment and mechanism of QX in the treatment of DPN.
