摘要

综述水飞蓟宾药理作用研究进展。研究证实，水飞蓟宾具有抗肿瘤、保肝、护心、抑菌等多种药理活性；其可通过调控激酶、转录因子和细胞信号通路等多个环节抑制癌细胞生长，对肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌等均具有显著的抑制作用，具有良好的临床应用前景。

Abstract

Research progress on pharmacological effects of silibinin is reviewed.Studies have confirmed that silibinin has various pharmacological activities, such as anti-tumor, liver protection, heart protection, antibiosis, etc.Silibinin has a good clinical application prospect, which can inhibit the growth of cancer cells through regulating kinase, transcription factors and cell signaling pathways, thereby showing significant inhibitory effects on liver cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer and so on. It has good prospect in clinical application.
