摘要

以《金匮要略》中治疗“风气百疾”之薯蓣丸为例，基于其中的组方规律，探讨肿瘤膏方用药的一些共性和原则。认为膏方具有作用缓和而药力持久的优势，适用于治疗诸多慢性虚弱性疾病；肿瘤患者为其适宜人群，尤其适用于术后、放化疗后处于稳定期而亟需调补正气者。并附验案1例。

Abstract

Taking the Shuyuwan in the treatment of "Fengqi Baiji (a variety of diseases caused by pathogenic wind)" in ,Jingui Yaolue, (,Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,) as an example, some commonness and principles of herbal paste for tumor are discussed based on the prescribing rule of Shuyuwan. It is considered that the herbal paste has the advantage of mild effect and long-lasting drug power, suitable for treating many chronic and weak diseases. Herbal paste is suitable for tumor patients, especially for those who are in a stable period after surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and are in urgent need of replenishing the healthy qi. And one proven case is presented.
