摘要

综述桔梗皂苷D（PD）对非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）作用机制的研究进展。PD可通过阻滞细胞生长周期，诱导细胞凋亡、自噬及抑制细胞转移，发挥治疗NSCLC的作用；同时对PD的生物学特性、抗癌活性、毒副作用加以总结，为其在NSCLC治疗中的科学研究和临床应用提供思路。

Abstract

The research progress on the mechanisms of platycodin D (PD) on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) was reviewed. PD could treat NSCLC by blocking cell growth cycle, inducing apoptosis, autophagy and inhibiting cell metastasis. At the same time, the biological characteristics, anticancer activity and side effects of PD were summarized, so as to provide ideas for its scientific research and clinical application in the treatment of NSCLC.
