摘要

目的,2,观察三色膏、三黄膏联合电子灸治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘炎的临床疗效。,方法,2,将100例肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组（49例）和对照组（51例），对照组予微波治疗，治疗组予三色膏、三黄膏联合电子灸治疗；两组均连续治疗2个疗程，观察并比较两组肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘处积液或毛糙面积、肩关节活动度、疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）的变化情况。,结果,2,①治疗前后组内比较，两组肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘处积液或毛糙面积均减少（,P,<,0.05）；组间治疗后比较，肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘处积液或毛糙面积差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。②治疗1个疗程、治疗后与治疗前组内比较，两组肩关节后伸、上举角度增大（,P,<,0.05），但肩关节前屈、外展角度差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。治疗1个疗程后组间比较，治疗组上举角度大于对照组（,P,<,0.05）；治疗后组间比较，治疗组后伸、上举角度大于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。③治疗1个疗程、治疗后与治疗前组内比较，两组疼痛VAS评分减少（,P,<,0.05）。治疗1个疗程后组间比较，两组疼痛VAS评分差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）；治疗后组间比较，治疗组疼痛VAS评分低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,三色膏、三黄膏联合电子灸治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘炎疗效满意，能明显改善患者肩关节活动度及疼痛症状。

Abstract

Objective,2,To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanse Paste and Sanhuang Paste combined with electro-moxibustion in the treatment of tenosynovitis of the long head of the biceps (LHB).,Methods,2,One hundred patients with tenosynovitis of LHB were randomly divided into treatment group (,n,=49) and control group (,n,=51). The control group was administered with microwave therapy, while the treatment group was administered with Sanse Paste, Sanhuang Paste and electro-moxibustion. Both groups were treated continuously for 2 courses, and the changes of the area of fluid or roughness in the tendon sheath of LHB, range of motion of shoulder joint, and visual analogue scale (VAS) score of pain were observed and compared between the two groups.,Results,2,①According to the intra-group comparisons before and after treatment, the area of fluid or roughness in the tendon sheath of LHB decreased in both groups (,P,<,0.05); The inter-group comparison after treatment showed that the difference in the area of fluid or roughness in the tendon sheath of LHB was not statistically significant (,P,>,0.05). ②According to the intra-group comparisons after 1 course of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment and before treatment, the angles of posterior extension and elevation of shoulder joint increased in both groups (,P,<,0.05), but the differences in angles of forward flexion and abduction of shoulder joint were not statistically significant (,P,>,0.05). After 1 course of treatment, the elevation angle of shoulder joint in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group (P,<,0.05); after 2 courses of treatment, the angles of posterior extension and elevation in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group (,P,<,0.05). ③According to the intra-group comparisons after 1 course of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment and before treatment, the pain VAS scores decreased in both groups (,P,<,0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the pain VAS scores between the two groups after 1 course of treatment (,P,>,0.05); The pain VAS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after 2 courses of treatment (,P,<,0.05).,Conclusion,2,The efficacy of Sanse Paste and Sanhuang Paste combined with electro-moxibustion in the treatment of tenosynovitis of LHB is satisfactory, and it can significantly improve the range of motion of shoulder joint and relieve the pain of patients.
