摘要

中医学中的经验事实通常能被西医学所承认和利用，中医学理论却难于被同化或形塑，这成为中医学持续存在和独特性的核心标志。就理论而言，中医学和西医学是两种不同的世界观，理论差异的本质在于概念及概念网络的不同。科学世界观的转变不会因某一个杰出的研究发现而发生，中医学世界观要赢得自我实现需要为此准备必要的条件，如发现并揭示现代医学研究中的反常事件、准备替代理论、准确预言等。意识到我们的研究要以能体现中医学世界观为核心目标，这就真正开启了中医学科研从证明性研究走向原创性研究之路。

Abstract

The empirical facts in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) can usually be recognized and utilized by western medicine, but the theory of TCM is difficult to be assimilated or shaped, which has become the core symbol of the existence and uniqueness of TCM. In theory, TCM and western medicine present two different worldviews, and the essence of theoretical differences lies in the differences in concepts and conceptual networks. The transformation of scientific worldview will not occur just because of an outstanding research discovery. In order to achieve self-realization of TCM worldview, necessary conditions need to be provided, such as discovering and revealing abnormal events in modern medical research, preparing alternative theories, and predicting accurately, etc. Only when we realize that the core goal of our research is to embody the worldview of TCM can we truly embark on the road of TCM research from proof research to original research.
