To introduce professor Huang Huang’s clinical experience in the application of Sanhuang Sini Decoction based on three proven cases. The pathogenesis of the syndrome of Sanhuang Sini Decoction is characterized by the simultaneous disease of cold and heat,that is,the exuberance of pathogenic heat with deficiency of yang qi. The Sanhuang Sini Decoction can be used for those who have the syndrome of spleen yang deficiency and stomach heat,or the syndrome of intestinal heat and stomach cold,or the syndrome of kidney yang deficiency and heart fire,or the syndrome of stomach heat due to deficiency of heart yang.
