摘要

结合4则验案,介绍李其忠教授以四逆散为主复方组合辨治胃脘痛的临床经验。认为胃脘痛多为肝胃同病,首重疏肝和胃,每以四逆散为主治之。酌情或佐以四君子汤健脾益气,或配以黄芪建中汤建养中州,或伍以附子理中汤温中止泻,或辅以半夏泻心汤平调寒热,余如左金丸、金铃子散、良附丸、二陈汤等小复方随证加减。

Abstract

Combined with four cases, this paper introduces professor Li Qizhong’s experience in treating epigastric pain with combined Sini Powder. Professor Li believes that epigastric pain is usually caused by the liver and the stomach. First of all, he pays attention to soothing liver and harmonizing stomach with combined Sini Powder. As appropriate, Sini Powder with Sijunzi Soup is strengthening spleen and invigorating qi,with Huangqi Jianzhong Soup is strengthening spleen and stomach,with Fuzi Lizhong Soup is warming middle energizer to stop diarrhea,with Banxia Xiexin Soup is mildly regulating cold and heat. Other small compounds such as Zuojin Pill,Jinglingzi Powder,Liangfu Pill and Erchen Soup are added or reduced based on syndrome differentiation.
