摘要

介绍詹红生教授应用膏方治疗慢性筋骨病损的临床经验。认为慢性筋骨病损是因气血亏虚、脉络瘀阻所致,病机为肝脾肾三脏脉络闭阻；膏方缓补慢通,临床取效良好。

Abstract

To introduce the clinical experience of Professor Zhan Hongsheng in the treatment of chronic sinew-bone with plaster prescription. Professor Zhan Hongsheng thinks that chronic sinew-bone lesion is caused by deficiency of qi and blood,obstruction of meridians and collaterals due to stasis. The pathogenesis is the obstruction of the meridians and collaterals of the liver, spleen and kidney. The plaster prescription,which has the slow action of nourishing qi-blood and dredging meridians and collaterals,is effective in the treatment of chronic sinew-bone lesion.
