摘要

在阐述中医对结缔组织病相关肺疾病认识的基础上,从临床与基础两个方面综述积雪草治疗结缔组织病相关肺疾病的研究进展。临床研究主要包括含有积雪草的中药复方治疗结缔组织病相关肺疾病的临床观察、临床机制研究等；基础研究主要包括积雪草及其中药提取物的药理作用。积雪草治疗结缔组织病相关肺疾病的机制与其抗炎、抗肺纤维化、抗肺动脉高压等作用密切相关。

Abstract

To review the clinical and basic research progress on Jixuecao(Centellae Herba) in the treatment of connective tissue disease-related pulmonary disease based on the understanding of connective tissue disease-related pulmonary disease in traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical research is carried out around clinical observation and mechanism research of traditional Chinese medicine compound containing Jixuecao (Centellae Herba ) in the treatment of connective tissue disease-related pulmonary disease. The basic research focuses on pharmacological effects of Jixuecao (Centellae Herba) and its extracts. It is suggested that the mechanism of Jixuecao (Centellae Herba) in the treatment of connective tissue disease-related pulmonary disease is closely related to its anti-inflammatory, anti-pulmonary fibrosis and anti-pulmonary hypertension effects.
