摘要

分析总结《金匮要略》中川芎的运用情况。认为仲景运用含川芎的9首方剂治疗风疾、虚劳及妇人之疾。其特点主要为疗风疾行堵截之法；治虚劳行通阳达阴之法；治妇人之病取其引阳入阴之法。并举验案3则。

Abstract

To analyze and summarize the application of Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) in Jingui Yaolue (Synopsis of the Golden Chamber). It is considered that although there are only 9 prescriptions containing Chuanxiong in the book, Zhang Zhongjing, the author of the book, used it not only for the treatment of wind diseases, but also for fatigue and the treatment of women’s diseases. Its characteristics are mainly using interception method for wind disease, activating yang to nourish yang method for consumptive disease, and introducing yang into yin method for women’s disease. And 3 proven cases are presented.
