摘要

综述交泰丸治疗2型糖尿病的配伍与作用机制研究进展。交泰丸常用于2型糖尿病的治疗,不同比例的黄连-肉桂配伍,其有效成分的溶出及机体的生物利用度不同,临床疗效也不同。研究表明,交泰丸可通过保护胰岛、提升胰岛素敏感性、抑制胰岛素抵抗、抗炎、抗氧化,发挥降糖作用。

Abstract

The research progress on compatibility and mechanism of Jiaotai Pill in the treatment of type 2 diabetes was reviewed. Jiaotai Pill was often used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. The dissolution and bioavailability of the active components of coptis-cinnamon in different proportions were different, and the clinical efficacy was also different. Studies had shown that Jiaotai Pill played a hypoglycemic effect by protecting pancreas islet,improving insulin sensitivity,inhibiting insulin resistance, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation.
