摘要

程序性死亡受体-1(PD-1)是近年来肿瘤治疗界的前沿热点之一。PD-1 抑制剂在临床上往往与多种肿瘤疗法联合应用,但仍存在不少患者对治疗无应答或治疗后耐药复发,或毒副反应大到无法完成治疗,依从性及生活质量下降明显。徐振晔教授认为,中医药干预PD-1/PD-L1 抑制剂疗程中的患者,可有效减轻免疫治疗产生的毒副反应,有助于患者顺利完成免疫治疗疗程,并且可能存在增强免疫治疗疗效的作用。并附验案2 则。

Abstract

Programmed death receptor-1(PD-1) has been one of the frontier hotspots in tumor therapy in recent years. PD-1 inhibitors are often used in combination with various tumor therapies clinically, but there are still many patients who do not respond to the treatment or whose tumors recur due to drug resistance after treatment, or whose toxic and side effects are too strong to complete the treatment. Therefore, their compliance and quality of life are significantly reduced. Professor Xu Zhenye believes that the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in patients during the course of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor treatment can effectively reduce the toxic and side effects of immunotherapy, help patients complete the course of immunotherapy, and may have the effect of enhancing the efficacy of immunotherapy. Two proved cases are attached.
