摘要

目的：探讨加减缩泉丸联合阴部神经电针疗法治疗女性膀胱过度活动症的临床效果。方法：将60例女性膀胱过度活动症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予托特罗定治疗,治疗组给予加减缩泉丸联合阴部神经电针治疗。两组疗程均为4周,观察治疗前后日排尿次数、夜尿次数、均次排尿量变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果：①治疗前后组内比较,两组日排尿次数、夜尿次数均减少,均次排尿量增加(P<0.05)；组间治疗后比较,两组日排尿次数、夜尿次数均无统计学差异(P>0.05),均次排尿量治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗后,治疗组的不良反应反生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：加减缩泉丸联合阴部神经电针疗法治疗女性膀胱过度活动症,能有效改善患者的临床症状,降低不良反应的发生率。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of add Suoquan Pill combined with electroacupuncture on overactive bladder(OAB)in women.MethodsA total of 60 OAB women patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with tolterodine,and the treatment group were treated with adding Suoquan Pill combined with electroacupuncture.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The frequency of daily urination and night urination,average urine output,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:①After treatment,the treatment group and the control group could effectively decrease the frequency of daily urination and night urination,and increase average urine output. But there was no statistical difference in the frequency of daily urination and night urination between the two groups(P>0.05),average urine output in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05).②The rate of adverse reaction in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Adding Suoquan Pill combined with electroacupuncture was effectively improve OAB women patients clinical symptoms and reduce the rate of adverse reaction.
