摘要

新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称“新冠肺炎”)可归属于中医的温病范畴,而透法为中医治温病大法。本文基于古今中医文献,通过分析当前国家和各省市出台的新冠肺炎中医药诊疗方案,认为透法应贯穿于新冠肺炎治疗始终。透法合理地与其他中医治法配合,可广泛应用于新冠肺炎各个临床分期、临床分型患者的治疗中。

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) can be classified into the category of warm diseases in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and outthrusting method is an important therapeutic method in treating warm diseases. Based on ancient and modern literatures of TCM, COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment programs issued by National Health Commission of the People`s Republic of China and various provincial and municipal health commissions were analysed. It was believed that the outthrusting method should be applied throughout the whole treatment course of COVID-19. Outthrusting method can be widely applied to the treatment of COVID-19 patients at different stages and with different clinical types when combined with other TCM therapeutic methods properly.
