摘要

结合肺疫高热、肺疫暴咳2则验案,介绍重型新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医临证思路及辨证、用药方法。认为新型冠状病毒肺炎可从肺疫论治,对于重型患者应尽早给予中药干预；辨证既要遵循三因制宜原则,又应纳入并重视西医检查结果。

Abstract

Based on two cured cases of lung pestilence with high fever and lung pestilence with sudden onset of severe cough, TCM clinical thinking pattern, syndrome differentiation and medication methods for the treatment of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) were introduced. It is believed that COVID-19 can be treated according to the treatment of lung pestilence, and severe patients should be treated with traditional Chinese medicine as early as possible. Syndromes should be differentiated based on the individual, climatic and geographic factors, as well as the results of modern medicine examinations.
