This paper explores Professor Cui Yun’s clinical experience in treating andrological diseases with Danggui Shaoyao powder. It is considered that the main pathogenesis of andrology diseases is due to disharmony of qi and blood, with dampness, turbidity, phlegm, blood stasis and poison as the main pathological products. And the diseases are treated with Danggui Shaoyao powder by the method of macroscopic syndrome differentiation and micro differentiation of essence based on the theories of the liver and the kidney sharing the same origin, disharmony of the liver and the spleen, and mutual nourishing of the spleen and the kidney.
