摘要

综述中医药通过调节微小核糖核酸(miRNA)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤影响的研究进展。相关研究结果表明,中药单体(人参皂苷1、芹菜素、丹酚酸B、木犀草素等)、复方(如益气活血复方、通心络)及针灸(如电针预处理、电针内关穴、体内双内关穴电针和体外微电流预处理)可通过调控miRNA治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤,为中医药治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤及其相关预后干预提供切入点。

Abstract

This paper reviews the latest research progress in the treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI)by regulating micro ribonucleic acid(miRNA)as a target with traditional Chinese medicine monomer(ginsenoside 1, apigenin, salvianolic acid B, luteolin), compound prescription(Yiqi Huoxue compound, Tongxinluo)and acupuncture[electroacupuncture pretreatment, needling neiguan(PC6) point by electroacupuncture, needling neiguan(PC6) point in both sides by electroacupuncture in vivo and microcurrent pretreatment in vitro], which provides an entry point for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and related prognosis intervention.
