摘要

总结董氏儿科的传承渊源,论述董廷瑶、王霞芳、汪永红三代传人辨治小儿哮喘的临证经验,认为其各有特色,其中董廷瑶倡导推理论病,王霞芳注重健脾为要,汪永红推崇肺肾同治。

Abstract

This article summarizes the inheritance of Dong’s pediatrics and then discusses the clinical experience of Dr. Dong Tingyao, Wang Xiafang and Wang Yonghong in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric asthma in children. It is considered that each one has his/her own characteristics. Among them, Dong Tingyao advocates “treating diseases based on their pathogenesis”, Wang Xiafang focuses on strengthening the spleen, and Wang Yonghong advocates simultaneous treatment of the lung and kidney.
