摘要

目的：观察川芎化瘤合剂治疗气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：将80例气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组40例。治疗组予川芎化瘤合剂,对照组予桂枝茯苓胶囊。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效,比较中医证候积分、子宫肌瘤体积及雌二醇(E,2,)、孕酮(P)的变化情况。结果：①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为85.0%、62.5%；组间临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P,<,0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组中医证候积分均下降,差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05)；组间中医证候积分治疗前后差值比较,治疗组明显高于对照组(P,<,0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,两组子宫肌瘤体积均缩小,治疗组差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05),对照组差异无统计学意义(P,>,0.05)；组间子宫肌瘤治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05)。④治疗前后组内比较,两组E,2,、P水平差异无统计学意义(P,>,0.05)；组间E,2,、P水平治疗前后差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P,>,0.05)。结论：与桂枝茯苓胶囊相比,川芎化瘤合剂在缩小子宫肌瘤体积、改善临床症状方面,疗效明显更佳。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture on uterine myoma of qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. MethodsA total of 80 patients with uterine myoma of qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in each group. The research group (n=40) was administered Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture, and the control group (n=40) was given Guizhi Fuling capsules. The treatment course was three months. The clinical effects were observed and the changes of TCM syndrome score, uterine myoma volume, estradiol (E,2,), progesterone (P) were compared between the two groups. Results:①The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 85.0% and 62.5% respectively, and the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P,<,0.05). ②TCM syndrome score of the two groups both decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P,<,0.05). The difference of TCM scores before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P,<,0.05). ③The volume of uterine myoma in the two groups decreased after treatment, and the difference of uterine myoma volume in the treatment group compared before and after treatment was statistically significant (P,<,0.05), while the difference in the control group was not statistically significant (P,>,0.05). The difference of uterine myoma volume change between the groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P,<,0.05). ④There were no significant differences in the levels of estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in the two groups (P,>,0.05) or between the two groups before and after treatment (P,>,0.05). Conclusion:Compared with Guizhi Fuling capsules, Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture is more effective in reducing the volume of uterine myoma and improving clinical symptoms.
