摘要

基于石氏伤科对慢性脊柱病损病因病机的创新理论认识与综合评估诊疗方案的最新研究成果,结合石氏伤科百年传承创新的临床实践经验,从核心思想和操作规范等方面阐释石氏伤科关于腰椎间盘突出症阶梯化序贯治疗方案的操作规范。

Abstract

Based on the innovative theoretical understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic spinal lesions and the latest research on the comprehensive evaluation of the diagnosis and treatment scheme as well as the long-term accumulated clinical experience of Shi’s Traumatology Medical Center, this paper further elaborates the operation criteria of sequentially step-by-step treatment scheme of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation from the aspects of core thought and operation criteria proposed by Shi’s Traumatology Medical Center.
