摘要

综述小续命汤药理、临床应用的相关研究进展。药理研究发现,小续命汤具有保护神经细胞、保护神经血管单元、保护线粒体功能、减轻脑水肿及预防脑血管疾病的作用。临床上,其可改善脑缺血卒中后神经损伤,常用于治疗中风及其后遗症、吉兰-巴雷综合征、阿尔兹海默病、类风湿关节炎、颈椎病、周围神经病变等。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the research progress on the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Xiaoxuming decoction. Pharmacological studies have found that Xiaoxuming decoction has the functions of protecting nerve cells, neurovascular units and mitochondrial function, reducing cerebral edema and preventing cerebrovascular diseases. Clinically, it can improve nerve injury after cerebral ischemia stroke, and is commonly used in the treatment of stroke, Guillain Barre syndrome, Alzheimer’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, cervical spondylosis, and peripheral neuropathy, etc.
