摘要

综述针刺辅助麻醉在围手术期的应用与器官保护作用研究进展。针刺辅助麻醉已拓展至围手术期的多个方面,包括术前镇静,术中减少麻醉药用量,术中术后镇痛,预防术后认知功能障碍及恶心呕吐发生率,维持血流动力学稳定,术中对脑、心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器的保护作用,对免疫功能、胃肠道功能及膀胱功能也有一定益处。

Abstract

The research progress of the application of acupuncture-assisted anesthesia in the perioperative period and organ protection was reviewed. Acupuncture assisted anesthesia has been widely applied in the perioperative period,including preoperative analgesia,intraoperative reduction of anesthetic dosage,intraoperative and postoperative analgesia,prevention of postoperative cognitive dysfunction,prevention of nausea and vomiting,maintenance of hemodynamic stability,intraoperative protection of brain,heart,lung,liver,kidney and other vital organs,and other benefits for immune function,gastrointestinal function and bladder function.
