摘要

探讨炙甘草汤治疗阴虚风动型面肌痉挛的机理。认为肌肉瞤动,总由风起；炙甘草汤可缓肝补虚,血行则风自灭。并举验案1则。

Abstract

This article explores the mechanism of Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of facial spasm due to yin deficiency leading to wind movement. It is believed that the movement of muscles always starts from the wind,and the decoction of Zhigancao can slow down the liver and tonify the deficiency,and when the blood flowing is activated the wind itself will stop. And one proven case is presented.
