摘要

目的：探讨补肾化瘀汤灌肠治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症(EMT)的临床疗效。方法：纳入卵巢型EMT患者64例,随机分为治疗组33例和对照组31例。治疗组予补肾化瘀汤灌肠治疗,对照组予桂枝茯苓汤口服。两组治疗周期均为3个月；比较患者的痛经评分、卵巢内异囊肿体积；检测患者的肝肾功能水平,记录用药过程中的不良反应,以评价治疗的安全性。结果：①治疗后,两组患者的卵巢囊肿体积较治疗前均显著缩小(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的卵巢囊肿体积缩小程度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)；②两组患者的痛经评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者痛经评分的降低程度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。③治疗过程中两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应和肝肾功能异常情况。结论：补肾化瘀汤灌肠能有效缓解卵巢型EMT患者的痛经情况,缩小卵巢囊肿体积,且具有较高的安全性。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Bushen Huayu decoction coloclysis in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis(EMT). MethodsSixty-four patients with ovarian EMT were included and randomly divided into the treatment group (33 cases) and the control group (31 cases). The patients in the treatment group were treated with Bushen Huayu decoction coloclysis and the patients in the control group were orally treated with Guizhi Fuling decoction, with a course of 3 months. The scores of dysmenorrhea and the cyst volume of endometriosis in ovary between the two groups were compared; the levels of the liver and kidney function indexes were detected and the adverse reactions were recorded during the course of treatment in order to evaluate the safety of treatment. Results:After treatment, the cyst volumes in ovary in both groups were significantly reduced compared with treatment before (P<0.05), and the reduction degree of the cyst volume in ovary in the treatment group was more obvious compared with the control group (P<0.05); the scores of dysmenorrhea in both groups were significantly decreased compared with treatment before (P<0.05), and the reduction degree of the dysmenorrhea scores in the treatment group was more obvious compared with the control group (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions and abnormity of liver and kidney function happened in the course of treatment. Conclusion:Bushen Huayu decoction coloclysis can effectively improve the dysmenorrhea symptom and reduce the cyst volume in ovary in patients with ovarian EMT, which has better safety.
