This paper introduces Wang Mengying’s academic thoughts on preserving body-fluid and nourishing yin, mainly summarizing the clinical application characteristics of Wang’s preserving body-fluid and nourishing yin from four aspects, such as removing pathogenic factors and preserving body-fluid and nourishing yin, especially focusing on the lung and stomach; nourishing yin in the lung and stomach being different from the kidney; a large number of sweet-cold Chinese medicine nourishing and saving critical patients; combination of medicine and food having great obvious effect.
