摘要

探讨柴胡桂枝干姜汤结合外科托法治疗痤疮的体会。认为柴胡桂枝干姜汤配伍外科托法,可用于治疗以寒热错杂、上热下寒为主之痤疮。并举验案1则。

Abstract

To discuss the treatment experience of acne by Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction combined with Tuo(pus-expelling) method in TCM surgery. It is suggested that the combination of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction and Tuo (pus-expelling) method is mainly used to treat acne of cold and heat complex pattern and upper-heat and lower-cold pattern. One proved case is exemplified.
