摘要

以肾的生理功能为切入点,结合理论源流及临床应用情况,阐述“肾主骨生髓”与脊髓型颈椎病的相关性,认为“补肾益髓”是中医药治疗脊髓型颈椎病的重要法则,并附验案1则佐证。以期为脊髓型颈椎病的中医治疗提供多元化的治疗思路。

Abstract

Taking the physiological function of the kidney as the starting point, combining with the theoretical origin and clinical application, this paper expounds on the correlation between “kidney governing the bone and generating marrow” and cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM), and holds that “tonifying the kidney and supplementing the marrow” is an important principle of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CSM. A clinically proved case is attached as supportive evidence in the hope of providing diversified therapeutic approaches for the treatment of CSM.
