摘要

介绍詹红生教授辨治骨质疏松症的临床经验。认为骨质疏松发病与肝、脾、肾三脏,筋、肉、骨三体密切相关,治疗应着眼于降低骨折风险,强调恢复患者肌力及平衡性,治宜脾肾同调、筋骨同治,同时将“四以相和”的慢性筋骨病损治疗理念贯穿始终。并举验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor Zhan Hongsheng’s clinical experience in treating osteoporosis. The etiology and pathology of osteoporosis is closely related to the liver, spleen and kidney, and to tendon, muscle and skeleton. The treatment should focus on reducing the risk of fracture, emphasizing the restoration of muscle strength and baby balance, treating the spleen and kidney simultaneously and the muscle and skeleton together. And the concept of “harmony in four aspects” runs through the whole treatment. One proven case is presented.
