Analysis on Yang Jinkun’s clinical experience in treating primary liver cancer with therapy of invigorating spleen for removing phlegm
This paper introduces Professor Yang Jinkun’s clinical experience in the treatment of primary liver cancer with therapy of invigorating spleen for removing phlegm. He considers that spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation is the main pathogenesis of primary liver cancer. The treatment should be based on invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, combined with resolving phlegm. According to the syndrome differentiation, different therapies are selected, such as therapy of eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm, therapy of softening hardness and resolving phlegm, therapy of warming yang to dissipate phlegm, therapy of regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm. These therapies show good efficacy. One proven case is presented.
