摘要

以盆底失弛缓综合征、盆底松弛、耻骨直肠肌肥厚及直肠前突引起的便秘为例,介绍陆金根教授治疗出口梗阻型便秘的经验。其临证不提倡常规使用大黄、芦荟、番泻叶等刺激类通下药物,认为治疗此类便秘应在明确具体疾病的基础上结合中医辨证,主张以益气、开秘、通络为大法。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor Lu Jin’gen’s clinical experience in the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation exemplified by the constipation cases due to anismus, pelvic floor relaxation (PFR), puborectal muscle hypertrophy (PRMH) and rectocele. In the clinic, Professor Lu does not advocate the over-use of purgative medicinals such as Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Luhui (Alo) and Fanxieye (Sennae Folium), etc. as he believes that this type of constipation should be diagnosed with the combination of disease differentiation and TCM pattern identification and he proposes that invigorating qi, relieving constipation and unblocking collaterals should be taken as the major method. A proved case is attached for the supportive illustration.
