摘要

介绍余江毅教授从“膏脂”辨治糖尿病肾病经验。余教授认为“膏脂”与脂肪组织相拟合,是脾主运化的表现形式之一；膏脂布化失常是糖尿病肾病的促发因素,在治疗上应紧守健脾化湿以治肾之原则,并总结出由炙黄芪、制何首乌和黄蜀葵花三味药组成的“芪葵颗粒”,治疗该病疗效确切。

Abstract

This paper introduces the experience of Professor Yu Jiangyi in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease(DKD) from the grease. Professor Yu considers that grease is compatible with adipose tissue and it is one of the manifestations of the spleen governing transportation and transformation. Since the disorder of grease in distribution and digestion is a triggering factor for DN, the method of treatment should adhere to the principle of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness. He comes up with the Qikui granule, which consists of Zhihuangqi(Radix Astragali Preparata), Zhiheshouwu (Radix Polygoni multiflori Preparata) and Huangshukuihua(Flos Abelmoschi Manihot),being widely used in the clinical treatment of DN.
