摘要

探讨穴位血流信号的信标研究进展及相关问题。认为穴位不仅可用来治疗疾病,而且在一定条件下可反映脏腑的功能状态；在疾病状态下,某些穴位的功能态发生改变,同时伴有微循环状态的改变。研究表明,血流信号间的coherence分析不仅可用来区分不同年龄人群,而且可用于区分不同的消化道冷刺激。因此穴位血流信号可作为一种潜在的生物信号标志物,用于机体机能状态评估。

Abstract

To discuss the progress and relevant issues in biomarker research on blood flow signals at acupoints. Acupoints can not only be used to treat diseases, but also reflect the functional state of viscera under certain conditions. In diseases, the functional state of some acupoints changes, accompanied by changes in microcirculation. Our study shows that coherence analysis between blood flow signals can be used not only to distinguish different age groups, but also to distinguish different cold stimulation of the digestive tract. Therefore, blood flow signals at acupoints can be used as a potential biomarker for evaluating the functional state of the body.
