摘要

综述黄芪多糖干预2型糖尿病机制研究进展。研究发现,黄芪多糖具有改善胰岛素抵抗、增加胰岛素敏感性、调节脂质代谢、抗炎、抗氧化、保护胰岛β细胞等多种药理作用,可有效用于治疗2型糖尿病。

Abstract

This article reviews the research on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Astragalus polysaccharides, showing that Astragalus polysaccharide can be used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus effectively because of its many pharmacological effects, such as improving insulin resistance, increasing insulin sensitivity, regulating lipid metabolism, anti-inflammation, antioxidation, protecting islet β cells and so on.
