Treatment of insomnia based on basic regularity combined with flexible syndrome differentiation
Through the treatment and observation on insomnia patients, except the classical syndromes, the other five common syndromes, including deficiency of middle-qi, deficiency of kidney-yang, yin deficiency and dampness-heat, qi stagnation and blood stasis, stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency, are summarized. The characteristics of syndrome and treatment are discussed, and the experiences of treatment are shared. It suggests that the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia should be based on basic regularity combined with flexible syndrome differentiation.
