The treatment principle is to adjust the liver and kidney, to balance yin and yang, and to strengthen the spleen and harmonize the stomach as considering the restriction among the five viscera. Herbal paste for climacteric syndrome can specially nourish zang-fu organs as well as nourish yin and yang, qi and blood. One proven case is presented.
