摘要

综述中医药对哮喘Th17/Treg失衡作用机制研究进展。Th17/Treg失衡在哮喘发病机制中有重要作用,研究表明中药单体(黄芩苷、淫羊藿苷等) 、多种复方(固本防哮汤、平喘方等) 、外治法(针灸)可通过调节Th17/Treg细胞数量、相关炎症因子等,减轻气道炎症,改善哮喘症状。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress on the mechanism of action of TCM in Th17/Treg imbalance in asthma. Th17/Treg imbalance plays an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma. It has been shown that in traditional Chinese medicine, herbal monomers (baicalin, icariin, etc.), a variety of compounds (Guben Fangxiao Decoction, Pingchuan Formula, etc.) and external treatment (acupuncture and moxibustion) can reduce airway inflammation and improve asthma symptoms by regulating the number of Th17/Treg cells and the relevant inflammatory cytokines.
