摘要

目的：通过孟加拉玫瑰红联合激光光动力建立SD大鼠视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)模型,并给予加味桃红四物汤(THSW)灌胃,观察评价THSW对大鼠RVO眼底病变的影响。方法：①用孟加拉玫瑰红激光光动力的方法建立SD大鼠RVO模型。②采用高、中、低浓度的THSW灌胃模型3周,定期观察模型眼底。结果：FFA以及光、电镜观察,孟加拉玫瑰红联合激光光动力成功建立SD大鼠RVO模型。大鼠模型THSW灌胃眼底观察发现:THSW对于模型大鼠眼底病变的改善优于模型的自然病程,其中以高浓度中药组最明显。结论：加味桃红四物汤灌胃RVO模型大鼠可以减轻视网膜出血、水肿等眼底病变。

Abstract

Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of Supplemented Taohong Siwu Decoction (THSW) on retinal vein occlusion (RVO) in rats by establishing the model of RVO in SD rats by using Rose Bengale combined with laser photodynamics and THSW was given by gavage. Methods① The model of RVO in SD rats was established by using Rose Bengale combined with laser photodynamics. ②THSW at high, medium and low concentrations was given by gavage for 3 weeks and the fundus was observed at regular intervals. Results:The model of RVO in SD rats was successfully established, as shown by FFA and the light and electron microscopy. In the fundus, it was found out that the improvement of fundus lesions with THSW was superior to the natural course of the model, with most significant effect in the high concentration group. Conclusion:Supplemented Taohong Siwu Decoction given by gavage reduces fundus lesions including retinal hemorrhage and edema in rat model of RVO.
