摘要

目的：观察滋肾青芪颗粒联合常规疗法治疗轻中活动度系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果及其对激素用量的影响。方法：将符合纳入标准的64例系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。两组基础治疗方案为强的松联合硫酸羟氯喹,治疗组同时加服滋肾青芪颗粒,对照组加服滋肾青芪颗粒安慰剂。两组疗程均为3个月,观察SLEDAI评分、中医证候积分、激素用量情况,以及相关实验室指标(红细胞沉降率,补体C3、C4,抗ds-DNA抗体,碱性磷酸酶,血清钙、磷,骨钙素)的变化情况。结果：治疗后,两组患者SLEDAI评分、中医证候积分及糖皮质激素用量均明显降低(P＜0.05)；治疗组SLEDAI评分、中医证候积分及糖皮质激素用量均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后,两组双链DNA水平均降低(P＜0.05),其余实验室指标差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后组间比较,各实验室指标差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：滋肾青芪颗粒治疗系统性红斑狼疮效果显著,可明显改善中医证候,帮助激素撤减。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Qingqi Granule combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of mildly to moderately active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and effect of the drug on dosage of hormone therapy. MethodsSixty-four patients with SLE who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group, 32 patients in each group. The basic therapy was prednisone combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate in both groups and in addition, the treatment group was given Zishen Qingqi Granule and the control group received placebo. The treatment course was 3 months in both groups. Changes in SLEDAI score, TCM syndrome score, dosage of hormone and relevant laboratory indicators (erythrocyte sedimentation rate, Complement C3 and C4, anti-ds-DNA antibody, alkaline phosphatase, serum calcium and phosphorus and osteocalcin) were observed. Results:After treatment, the SLEDAI score, TCM syndrome score and dosage of glucocorticoids were significantly reduced in both groups (P＜0.05); they were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the ds-DNA level decreased in both groups (P＜0.05), and the other laboratory indicators had no statistically significant differences (P＞0.05). There were no significant differences in laboratory indicators between the groups after treatment (P＞0.05). Conclusion:Zishen Qingqi Granule is effective in the treatment of SLE. It significantly improves TCM syndrome and helps to withdraw and reduce the dose of hormone.
