摘要

介绍谢晶日教授辨治糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床经验。提出糖尿病胃轻瘫“木土皆郁”之脏腑辨证观,“精浊相掺”之痰、脂、瘀病因观；提倡中西医结合治疗本病,首先通过辨病明确治疗方向,其次结合辨证确立治则治法；处方遣药主张调补并用、通腑降逆、补破兼施。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper discusses Xie Jingri’s experience in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Professor Xie puts forward two points of his own opinion on treating diabetic gastroparesis: pathogenesis view of liver -spleen depression and etiology view of essence-turbid blending of phlegm-lipit-blood stasis. Professor Xie promotes the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat the disease. First, he identifies the direction of the treatment by differentiating the cause of the disease, and then formulates therapeutic rules by differentiating syndrome. Professor Xie’s experience of treating diabetic gastroparesis can be sumed up by the following three points:“the combination of regulating and strengthening”,“the thought of dredging intestines and descending adverse flow of qi” and “the combination of strengthening and eliminating”. And one proven case is presented.
