摘要

梳理我国现行国家标准和国际疾病分类第十一次修订版(ICD-11)传统医学章节中肝系疾病分类体系的相关内容,分析比较其中的异同。同时从肝系的病位和生理特性着手,将肝系疾病涉及的基本分类属性按照关联密切程度进行分级,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行聚类分析,探索中医疾病分类体系的构建规则与途径。认为中医疾病分类体系的建立可尝试采用理论结合量化指标的形式,进行多属性多维度的整合。

Abstract

This paper aims at comparing the different classification systems of liver diseases between current national standards and the ICD-11 TM chapter. By analyzing the location and physiological characteristics of the liver system, the basic classification attributes involved in liver diseases are classified according to the degree of association. Cluster analysis is carried out by SPSS 20.0 to explore the rules and approaches of constructing the disease classification system in traditional Chinese medicine. It is believed that in establishment of TCM disease classification system, multi-attribute and multi-dimension integration may be attempted by combining theories with quantitative indicators.
