摘要

基于古今中医文献,结合临床观察,提出以燥湿为纲辨治慢性咳嗽的临证思路,并从立论依据、辨证思路(辨燥湿、辨虚实、辨病因、定病位)、治法方药方面,阐释了其在慢性咳嗽中的具体运用,为慢性咳嗽的中医药治疗提供了有益的思路和借鉴。

Abstract

Based on ancient and modern literatures of TCM and clinical observation, this paper offers a concept of “taking dryness and dampness as the principle” and detailedly illuminates the specific application in the treatment of chronic cough from the aspect of argument, ways of syndrome differentiation (such as identifying between dryness and dampness, identifying between deficiency and excess, identifying among pathogenic factors, and determining location of disease), and selecting prescriptions and using medicines. It may provide beneficial ways and reference for the treatment of chronic cough with Chinese medicine.
