摘要

综述高血压血管重构发生的主要机制及中医药干预的研究进展。血管重构是高血压损伤靶器官的重要病理环节,异常血流动力学、血管活性物质、细胞外基质、非编码RNA等机制均可导致血管重构。中药复方(清眩降压汤、四妙勇安汤等)及中药提取物(王不留行黄酮苷、葛根素等)在干预高血压血管重构方面具有积极作用。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the major mechanisms underlying vascular remodeling and the interventional effects of traditional Chinese medicine in hypertension. Vascular remodeling is an important pathological link in damages to the target organs by hypertension. Abnormal hemodynamics, vasoactive substances, extracellular matrix, non-coding RNAs and other mechanisms can lead to vascular remodeling. Compound formulas of Chinese medicines (e.g., Qingxuan Jiangya Decoction and Simiao Yongan Decoction) and Chinese herbal extracts (e.g., vaccarin and puerarin) play a positive role in hypertensive vascular remodeling.
