摘要

综述甘草药理作用及其药对配伍比例研究进展。现代药理研究表明,甘草及其有效成分具有抗氧化、抗炎调免疫、抗溃疡、解毒抗癌、抗肝纤维化等药理作用。甘草不仅单味药有治疗效果,甘草-桔梗、甘草-芍药、甘草-桂枝、甘草-大黄等药对不同比例配伍,也可产生不同的临床效果。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the research progress in pharmacological actions of liquorice and the proportion of couplet medicines in combination. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that liquorice and its active components have the effects of anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, regulating immunity, anti-ulcer, detoxification, anti-cancer and anti-hepatic fibrosis etc. Liquorice not only has therapeutic effects when used alone, but also has different effects when used in combination with different drugs, such as liquorice-platycodon root, liquorice-peony root, liquorice-cassia twig, liquorice-rhubarb and so on.
