Clinical experience of Chen Danping in treating DOR infertility with nourishing kidney and adjusting cycle of menstruation
This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Chen Danping in the treatment of infertile women with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)by using the method of nourishing the kidney, assisting pregnancy and adjusting the cycle of menstruation. Professor Chen Danping considers that kidney deficiency is the root of the disease, blood stasis is an important link, and the dysfunction of the heart, liver and spleen is the common factor. In the treatment of the disease, he adopts the method of nourishing the kidney, assisting pregnancy and adjusting the cycle of menstruation to improve the ovarian reserve. At the same time, Professor Chen Danping focuses on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and regulating Zang-fu organs. He is good at using flesh and blood products to fill the extraordinary meridians. He pays attention particularly to the determination of patients’ basic body temperature and the time of sexual intercourse for impregnation and calms the fetus in time after pregnancy.
