摘要

介绍吴耀南教授从“膜原”论治慢性肝病的临床经验。认为邪伏膜原致病特点与慢性肝病类似；肝处中焦,分属消化系统,与膜原病位有所相似共通,故可采用达原饮及开达膜原法等从膜原论治慢性肝病。并举验案2例。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor Wu Yaonan’s clinical experience in treating chronic liver disease from the perspective of “membrane source”. Professor Wu believes that disease caused by latent evil in the membrane source has the same pathogenic characteristics with chronic liver disease; the liver is located in the middle jiao and is a part of the digestive system, which is similar to the location of disease in membrane source, so “Dayuan Drink” and the method of “clearing the membrane source” can be used to treat chronic liver disease from the perspective of “membrane source”. And two proven cases are given for discussion.
