摘要

综述针灸对肥大细胞双向调节作用的研究进展。针灸对肥大细胞具有双向调节作用:生理状态下,针灸刺激可引起局部穴位肥大细胞及脱颗粒数目增多；病理状态下,病灶区肥大细胞异常增多,针灸后病灶区肥大细胞与脱颗粒数目明显减少,具有负向调节作用。

Abstract

The research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion on the bidirectional regulation of mast cells was reviewed. Acupuncture has two-way regulation on mast cells:under physiological conditions,acupuncture and moxibustion stimulation can cause an increase in the number of local mast cells and degranulation; under pathological conditions, mast cells in local lesions are abnormally increased, and the number of mast cells and degranulation in the lesion area after acupuncture and moxibustion is significantly reduced.
